Hispanic Heritage – Colombian Buñuelos

Colombian Buñuelos

Yum! It’s National Dessert Day! A beautiful day to enjoy something sweet, savory and delicious. How about celebrating with a touch of Columbian heritage as we close out Hispanic Heritage month? Try these Buñuelos using a recipe shared by Peoples Gas utility technician Marcus Dosal and his wife Stephanie. Stephanie is from Medellin, Colombia, and loves to make these around the holidays. They also pair great with morning coffee or hot chocolate.
