Molasses Marinated Lamb Lollipops with Roasted Butternut Squash Hash
Ingredients
Lamb and Marinade
  • Lamb Chops small 4 each
  • Molasses ½ cup
  • Fresh Rosemary 2 each
  • Garlic ½ cup
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette ½ cup
Roasted Butternut Squash Hash
  • Butternut Squash 1each clean and dice into ½ cubes
  • Golden Raisins ½ cup
  • Dried Cranberries ½ cup
  • Garlic chopped1 tablespoon
  • Fresh Rosemary 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh Sage 1 teaspoon
  • Brussel Sprouts 12 each cut into quarters
  • Honey ½ cup
  • Apple Cider VIN. 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Marinade instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and toss in lamb, let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours
Lamb instructions
  1. Sear lamb in skillet till brown and finish cooking in oven 350 degrees for about 10-15 mins.
Hash instructions
  1. Toss all ingredients in bowl and roast in oven at 375 degrees for 30 mins
  2. Garnish with fresh raspberries and balsamic reduction, which can be found at your favorite grocery store.
